Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping charges may apply. For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty tools that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
